Concerts on the Green

The 2010 Concerts on the Green series will begin on Father's Day, Sunday, June 20, and end on Sunday, August 29.
2010 is the 23rd year the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce Concert on the Green Committee has organized and brought to the community professional and varied Sunday evening concerts in the downtown community park.

Concerts are offered every Sunday evening from Father's Day until the end of August.

6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Breidert Green Community Park
The Center of Frankfort's Historic District,
White and Kansas Streets

Please bring your lawn chairs and a blanket.
Admission is free.

In case of stormy weather— don’t be left out in the rain!
Concerts will be held at Frankfort Park District Founders Center, 140 Oak Street
All scheduled times as above.

Non-monetary contributions absolutely necessary to the operation and success of this concert series is provided by the Village of Frankfort and Frankfort Park District.

Support the Annual Concerts on the Green Series

The Frankfort Chamber of Commerce is seeking your support for the Annual Concerts on the Green Series. This is a very successful and highly visible program. The concerts are well attended, attracting visitors from many surrounding suburbs. The size of the crowds ranges from 500 - 1,100 individuals per concert.

Independent private sponsors, such as you, make this program possible. Since 1998 we have asked for your support in any dollar amount so that we can continue this fine program and the excellent array of entertainment.

Please help us make this local event a huge success once again in 2010. All donations will be sincerely appreciated and all donations will receive recognition in the concert flyers that are widely distributed. Those who are “Benefactors” will be included on the sponsor sign that is prominently displayed at every Sunday evening concert. Please send your check payable to the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce before May 21, 2010. Our mailing address is 123 Kansas Street, Frankfort, IL 60423.
