2026 Board of Directors Nominations
Per the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce Bylaws, the Nominating Committee is accepting applications for the 2026 Board of Directors. The Board of Directors consists of 12-15 members. The Board of Directors typically meets monthly, and all members of the Board of Directors are expected to attend other Chamber functions and volunteer their time and energy for various Chamber projects. Board members are expected to serve as positive leaders of the Chamber and demonstrate to the Chamber by serving on at least one Chamber Committee.
The Board member must be a member in good standing in the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, no more than one representative from any member organization may serve on the Board simultaneously.
We encourage our members to apply. Applicants are selected by a Nominating Committee based upon service in the Chamber as well as background and experience. Directors are presented for election to the board at the November General Membership Meeting. Seating of the new board will take place at the January 2026 Board of Directors meeting.
Unfortunately, due to limits, we may not be able to accept every applicant, but we encourage you to apply if you are interested. All applications should be submitted to the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce Office no later than September 15, 2025. The application can be submitted via email to pauline@frankfortchamber.com.
